Respirators are personal use products. Due to hygienic standards, we are unable to accept returns for any products that were opened or used. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on any orders after shipment. You are responsible for the payment of return shipping for all returned products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have to pay for shipping your order back to us. Please understand that in our effort to keep prices as low as possible, we are not able to offer free return shipping back to us.
Refunds
We will notify you if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
