Honeywell H801 is made by Honeywell China. This particular brand is manufactured for China, which is why the text is in Chinese. Honeywell China makes both H801 KN95 and H801 N95. The differences between the N95 and KN95 are that N95 have passed NIOSH-42CFR84 standards, but KN95 have passed Chinese performance standard GB2626–2006. Both respirators are manufactured with head wraps for the tightest fit. Here is the PDF test report from the CDC. The H801 size is equivalent to a 3M 1860S. 3M 1860S is a smaller version of the 3M 1860. Most cup shaped respirators are produced as the MEDIUM or LARGE size. These respirators are for an adult with a smaller nose and face size.
The cup shape is slightly oval and measures 5 inches by 4.5 inches in diameter. The length of the headwraps is 11 inches for the top headwrap and 10 inches for the bottom headwrap.
